Extending customer outreach
Ending 2023, MILLU had began expanding to a B2B market, specifically school districts and afterschool programs. this meant there was a shift in marketing and outreach. Redesigning the website meant that both families and program coordinators needed to be equally informed without being overwhelmed with details that may not be applicable to them.
My time with MILLU covered much more than web and user interface design. i helped lead our team through design thinking, giving the users a voice in everything we do.
